Assay keeps your prospects, accounts, and follow-ups in one place, and helps you see which leads are worth your time before you spend it. It was built by a working sales engineer for his own territory.
No card needed. If you don’t subscribe, your records stay readable and exportable. Or click around the sample workspace first.
Every name and number below is made up. To see the real screens, try the sample workspace: it opens in your browser, no sign-in, and nothing you click changes anything. Or request a demo and I’ll walk you through it.
Most CRMs assume you have one job and a sales team. Assay assumes you have a territory, a side practice, and a ministry, and only one of you.
Sales, consulting, and church outreach each get their own accounts, pipeline, and reports, with the same tools in every one.
Leads found in permits, licensing boards, and public directories land in a queue. Nothing reaches your pipeline until you say so.
Follow the companies you care about. When a bond passes, a permit is filed, a project is awarded, or they start hiring for IT or facilities, it shows up, and your prospect list sorts itself by who is moving now.
Work from a board you can drag, then build reports from a menu when you need a list, a total, or a file for someone else.
Every message waits for you. You read it, choose which account it goes from, and press Send yourself. Assay keeps a plain count of what it drafted and what you sent.

You do. Assay stores it so it can run the service for you, and that’s all. It’s never sold or shared with other customers. If you import a paid lead report, it stays in your own workspace.
Yes, any time, from inside the app. You can export a report as a spreadsheet, or everything in your organization as one file. That works during a trial, on a plan, or after you cancel.
No. Assay drafts messages and sequence steps, and you send each one yourself from your own mailbox. Nothing goes out on its own. The Outreach screen shows how many drafts were written, sent and skipped.
Your workspace sits in a Supabase database with access rules that keep each organization’s records separate. Within your team, roles decide who can edit and who can only view. Stripe handles payments, so card numbers never touch Assay. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
Your records go read-only. You can still open and export them. Pick a plan whenever you’re ready and you’re back to editing where you left off.
Tell me a little about your work and I’ll set up a time to walk you through it.
